    Currently, I am offering a variety of opportunities to to work with me that have not been available until now.


    Basic Training Program: $75.00 per month

    Answer some basic questions via email I will send you a training program based on your goals.


    Personalized Coaching: $200.00 per month 2 month commitment

    This is level up from the Basic Program here I will design a training program personally written for you based on your goals. 


    ELITE 1 on 1 Coaching

    The Cost is $400.00 per month with a 3 month commitment


    This is reserved for those who are dedicated and destined for greatness!! 


    YES there is a time and monetary commitment but everything worth having takes work and commitment.


    You will receive a personalized training program AND so much more.


    We will communicate via text message, email and/or phone calls (text being the best method of communicating and that's 7-days a week)


    I will help you hold yourself accountable to ensure that you develop the discipline necessary to SMASH your goals and transform your life.


    I have helped people of all ages and experience levels achieve their realistic goals and some goals folks thought were out of reach!!

    Return to play 

    THIS IS NOT A REHABILITATION PROGRAM and I am NOT a Physical Therapist or Athletic Trainer


    But after the injury heals and your Doctor has released you to 'Return to Play'


    You need to contact ME to help you recondition and strengthen the injured area and surrounding areas to insure that your body is ready to resume full speed activity.


    While it may sound simple it damn sure ain't easy!!


    Why am I so confident that I can prepare you to Return to Play? Because as an Athlete I've had to rehab myself and as a Coach I've done it with numerous athletes at every level from High School to College to Professional and yes even Olympians. 


    While I was rehabbing from the 7 additional surgeries to my Achilles from infections I asked my surgeon for additional Physical Thearpy sessions when he looked at me and said "I've talked with you these past months and I've even looked at your website... I believe that you'd to a better job at your rehab than anyone else.  You know what you're doing and what you need to do so go and get it done!!"

    After visiting Rugby teams and talking to numerous players and coaches all over the world I keep hearing and seeing how many Rugby Forward Coaches and worse Strength and Conditioning Coaches in Rugby are missing the mark on just what it takes to create an elite forward in today's game.


    For example there are a number distinct differences and similarities in the Training Demands of the of each of the 8 stud athletes that make up the Forward Pack.
     

    Each of these athletes deserve to have a program that reflects the needs of their respective position on the pitch.
